Very excited to find out about the brand-new Keith Haring retrospective at the Brooklyn Museum.  It runs from 3/16-7/8 and features his work from 1978-82.

As a young sobsister riding the NYC subway, I used to see this amazing, bizarre graffiti done in what looked like chalk on the black paper thrown up over expired subway posters at certain stations.  Babies and aliens and creatures with ’30s cartoon eyes.  Psyched to see this show.
